Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif left Tehran for the Russian city of Sochi on Wednesday morning.

“Foreign Minister Zarif is expected to hold talks with officials of the Russian Federation,” Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said on Tuesday, announcing his visit to the Russian city.

Russia and Iran enjoy good diplomatic ties and multi-dimensional relations.
